We are growing and looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Project Management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and effective allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan and performance tool and track project progress
- Prepare project status reports and conduct meetings regularly on progress, risks, issues, and recommended solutions
- Coordinate with technical leads to set delivery tasks and priorities
- Document, maintain, and review proposals for projects, including requirements, business processes, project objectives, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding and personnel
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Be actively involved in managing the client, key stakeholders and third parties’/vendors’ relationship
- Perform risk management assessment to minimize project risks.
Essential Requirements:
- University Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline
- 4 – 5 years proven working experience as a project manager in the energy sector or in a similar position
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in information technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English
- Solid organizational and communication skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Team spirit and problem-solving aptitude are required
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office και MS Project
