Project Manager

We are growing and looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Project Management team.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure resource availability and effective allocation
Develop a detailed project plan and performance tool and track project progress
Prepare project status reports and conduct meetings regularly on progress, risks, issues, and recommended solutions
Coordinate with technical leads to set delivery tasks and priorities
Document, maintain, and review proposals for projects, including requirements, business processes, project objectives, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding and personnel
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Be actively involved in managing the client, key stakeholders and third parties’/vendors’ relationship
Perform risk management assessment to minimize project risks.

Essential Requirements:

University Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline
4 – 5 years proven working experience as a project manager in the energy sector or in a similar position
Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in information technologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English
Solid organizational and communication skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Team spirit and problem-solving aptitude are required
Strong working knowledge of MS Office και MS Project
